         Buyer: Want to buy an existing home then, I can provide my 50% final commission to you. Want to buy from a builder then, I am ready to provide my 66% final commission to you.

Example. Buying a $300,000 home from builder with 3% buyer agent commission

         Seller: If you want to sell your existing home, all I need is 1.5% of price. I can list your home for 3% or 4% or 5% or anything you agree on.

For the 1.5% commission I will do the following,

• Provide you Comparative Market analysis
• Provide you final settlement Statement
• Prepare itemized report for MLS and List in the MLS
• Provide you with tips to arrange your home to attract buyers
• Advertise in the Internet & send mails to all known contacts
• Put sale sign in front of your home
• Change the Lock to Electronic Display key
• Present all offers from buyers to you
• Negotiate with the buyer Realtor to get the maximum sales price
• Contact Title Company regarding title work
• Help you with the processes and paperwork through out the transaction
• Follow up with you for 180 days.
